  At Octobers general membership meeting held on Wednesday October 21st, three vacancies were filled on the local unions executive committee and three vacancies filled on the grievance committee.

  The union executive committee are pleased to announce the following to our members:

Executive Committee

• Warren Luky - Nominated and elected by the executive and appointed by President Murray Nychyporuk.
  • Warren was appointed to fill the vacancy left by Marty Sanders as Recording Secretary.
• Gord Medwid - Nominated and elected by the executive and appointed by President Murray Nychyporuk.
  • Gord was appointed to fill the vacancy left by Richard Sanche as Trustee.
• Muray Pappin - Nominated and elected by the executive and appointed by President Murray Nychyporuk.
  • Murray was appointed to fill the vacancy left by Warren Luky as Guide.

 Murray Pappin and Gord Medwid were sworn is as the newest executive members at the membership meeting.

Grievance Committee

• Rene  Larocque- Nominated and elected by the executive and appointed by President Murray Nychyporuk.
  •  Rene was appointed to fill the vacancy left by Mike Pulak.
• Phil Hayden- Nominated and elected by the executive and appointed by President Murray Nychyporuk.
  • Phil was appointed to fill the vacancy left by Richard Sanche.
• Joe Locke- Nominated and elected by the executive and appointed by President Murray Nychyporuk.
  •  Joe was appointed to fill the vacancy left by Mart Sanders.

 All of the newest members of the executive and grievance committees have excellent leadership skills and are committed to bringing our membership strong representation.
