Nominee must have attended 8 of the last 24 membership meetings in order to qualify.
Nominee must be nominated from a member of their own department. (An example would be an electrician running for the electrical department would need an electrician from that department to nominate them.)
Nominees that cannot attend the nomination meeting can accept the nomination by proxy letter of acceptance. The proxy letter of acceptance is to be handed in to the recording secretary at the nomination meeting by the nominator or by the nominee prior to the meeting.
